Jolly Roger worked out well for us a couple of years ago - also got the P.A. rate which was a bonus. The pool is great and the waterfront area is very nice. We hope to go back again.
But you can't get waterfront sites with the PA...
State parks will run you about $38/night for water and electric. If you go somewhere like Jolly Roger and use PA, you might pay around $40-50 (depenfding on how many people you have). Go to somewhere like BlueKey and you will pay $100 or more per night. Although they are real nice sites. But more than basic.
