OK, just one more, and then I promise I will stop -- this is the latest version of the shot I posted at the start of the thread -- using Lightroom, I was able to make it look more like it did in real life:
I am hoping that as I get more familiar with the software, it will take me less than a half hour per picture to get it the way I want it, which is what it takes me right now. But even so, it is worth it -- think how far I had to drive just to get the shot! A few minutes of amateurish fumbling around on the computer is no big deal, by comparison.
