We just finished a 2-day race around the San Juan Islands today. Old age and treachery prevailed and we finished 1st in our division today and 14th out of 100 yachts overall. . . not bad for a 37 year old boat, and old guys. Actually we have 3 college sailing instructors, a North Sails one design guru and 3 time world champion, an Outward-Bound instructor that leads rowing adventures, and knows tidal currents, but the rest of us are old guys.
People often ask what the name means, and we have been know to say that it means: Quicker than S**t in Greek.
