My folks had a park model parked in Mims, just north of Titusville up until the mid 90's. Even then, as the Cape was winding down their activities, Titusville businesses were closing pretty rapidly. The shopping center was nearly empty even then. Shopping required a trip to Merritt Island. Others may have newer information. There's more choices just south of there around Cocoa.
