Townsend, TN

Just got home from first trip of the season. Stayed at the Mountaineer Campground.
Great place and will definitely be returning. Area is known as "the quiet side of the Smokie Mountains". Beautiful town and close to park entrance

    We have been there as well. Wonderful place had a great time. Really liked the proximity to the mountain entrance. Nice and quiet.
