All Vermont campgrounds are closed until further notice.

I had posted this link a week ago, but the info is still useful,

Also they have an article on some groups trying to keep some areas open to assist fulltimers.
And on this site, yes Vermont ordered ALL to close, those currently in one can stay until the end of their reservation, but may not extend a reservation.
