vernal free camping
I camped in Vernal, Utah at a city park back in 1996 and it was free. I called the chamber of commerce today and they said they weren't aware of it anymore. Anyone know if it still exist?

I would've called the city's Parks and Recreation Dept., not the Chamber of Commerce.
