Virginia Beach Campgrounds Close To The Boardwalk?

I'm sorry if this is a silly question but I have never been to VA Beach. I would like to go rving during their Neptune Festival. It is supposed to be on the Boardwalk. Which is the closest campgrou...

As far as I know, but it's been a couple of years, the closes is Hol-i-day Travel Park and the KOA. The Holiday does have a shuttle that will take you within a block of the boardwalk. I'm not sure what time of year it runs, so you might need to check.
