Let's keep our fingers crossed for this winter. Still might get lucky.
Last couple of winters were so nice my park raised the rates by $125/month because we filled up, and they figure they could get away with it. Thinking they're not going to drop it anytime soon when we get the 6 weeks of **** and people don't come. :(
