Having coffee this morning and the DW and I were talking. Been coming down to the Valley now for 9 years. If all you did was take into account Jan/Feb/& half of March (the key snowbird months) only 4 of those 9 years were nice. As we remember the last 2 were nice, as were our first 2.
Guessing that if you have a S&B the impact to your comfort level isn't nearly as high as if you are in a RV during those key snowbird months. I only bring that up since this is a RV website.
Guessing all of the above is the key reason the price is cheaper than FL, CA, and AZ. You get what you pay for as they say. Will say that during those 4 good winters you do feel like a genius.
