After further review maybe the OP means West Friendship,MD? I live in the area Ramblin Pines is your best choice for a full hook up CG. Are you in the area to visit? Ramblin Pines will suffice for a base camp. It's an OK CG. A bit worn and rough but overall somewhere I would stay if I needed to be in the area. It will be convenient because its close.
There is also the Howard County Fairgrounds. I see lots of RV's staying there for various events. Not sure if full hookups are available. You may give them a call. The fairgrounds are located in West Friendship vs. Woodbine for Ramblin Pines
