Having spent some time reading some of the web links 2oldman sent me to, it appears that because with the temperature set below 60 Degrees, the return air is colder causing the flue gas to condense in the primary heat exchanger which then causes excessive rust & corrosion. I learned something new today. 60 Degrees it will be next winter for me. Well, I've always been somewhat of a daredevil so maybe 58 Degrees LOL
