What up with Mission/Brownsville Tx. RV parks

Thanks. Was just curious. There are some fantastic buys down there and lots of them to choose from. I think I'll take the plunge and find something with a Texas room. I've got a center console bay boat, so near the bay would be ideal. I think I'd like this area better than the Corpus Christi metroplex, we returned here the last couple of years and it's getting expensive and fills quickly. I recall when we started fulltiming there were a lot of widows and widowers selling their motor homes/fivers and going with these park models. Any suggestions for shopping the area for a home base?

Ideally, we'd like a summer park model somewhere cooler, maybe Arkansas and one winter, maybe in Brownsville area or South Padre. Just getting a bit road weary and we've seen the highlights out there so far. But I'm sure we've missed a few.
