What is your favorite campground in Glacier National Park & why?We have no need for any hookups and travel with a 27' fiver.Last minute planning so we don't have reservations but we wont arrive until after the 4th of July.

St. Mary Campground on the East side. In the middle of almost all the POI's on the east side. You can day trip the Going to the Sun Road. Day trip to Waterton Lakes National Park in Canada.

Apgar very near the West Glacier entrance is very large, wooded, walking distance from the free shuttle, is nice and has some fair sized sites. Also not far from towns, etc.
