Where are your favorite spots along I5 in Northern CA?

Woodson Bridge State Recreation Area 6 miles east of Corning on the Sacramento River. Black Butte Lake Recreation Area (COE) 12 miles west of Orland.

We stayed at Lake Siskiyou Resort & Camp a few years back and enjoyed it. It is a private park with the feel of a state park.

If you are interested in casino camping, the Rolling Hills Casino, just south of Corning.

Best I know of is JGW RV Park in Redding.

Quita few off of I-5 in the Mt. Shasta area. Take Hwy 89 towards McCloud and you find a lot of FS campgrounds there. Also....right in Mt. Shasta....there is Mt. Shasta Resort....private campground but right on a lake.
