Assuming you have googled “alternatives to AirBNB” and you are rejecting that whole business model, for whatever reason, then your choices are rather limited. I suspect this is something you already know. I think you’re stuck with posting ads in publications with wide circulation in the target areas.
Thanks for response. I’m totally OK with Airbnb model, it’s just not flexible enough (yet) to accommodate mid-term rentals – when property is listed for longer stays (30/60/90+ days) it disappears from searches under that term and becomes basically invisible for visitors. The only option to consider is furnishedfinder com but I seems more for traveling professionals then families on summer break. Regular ads in local newspapers (dozens…) looks very wasteful in our digital age - any other thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!
