Flying Flags in Beulton, Vineyard in Vacaville, a few places in Gilroy one being Gilroy RV. Morgan Hill at Mapleleaf RV. Just a few suggestions of places I have visited.

Outfit yourself to dry camp. I'm at the Salton Sea, no hookups, solar, water and garbage here. Plenty quiet.

You need to get out of RV parks for real quiet.

For quiet your best bet is some of the BLM boondocking spots. Anza Borrego has spaces which are not closely packed.

Rincon Parkway north of Ventura is a first come first to get a spot boondock county campground that parallels the Pacific Ocean. The sound of the waves pretty much drown out any other noises except the trains that go by.

A little further north is San Lorenzo Park in King City (central Calif.) We liked it so much that an overnight stop turned into a 5 day stay. At the time several years ago there was a strong onion smell due to the farm fields nearby. But we got used to it. Spaces aren't closely packed, hook ups and big grassy areas. Nice agricultural museum on the grounds.

During the weekdays most RV Resorts in So Cal will have empty lots of empty spots except around holidays. Our favorite, Chula Vista RV Resort near San Diego pretty much empties out in the center pull through spots on Sunday and fills up again on Fridays. So we often will have no one on either side Monday through Thursday during the summer weeks.

Lake Cachuma near Solvang is one of our favorite spots. We don't feel like we're "camping" in a concrete parking lot, and many of the RV sites are very spacious.

We've been going there off and on since 2010 or 2011 and haven't had any issues.

With all due respect, you're so pickey about noise and apparently people, then dust... I suggest you learn to be completely self sufficient dry camping and then explore USFS sites in the mountains. We spent close to 20 years at Cachuma almost every weekend as our daughter was growing up and only once experienced rowdy campers. It was a derby weekend, these guys were drunk and removed. If heat pumps and heaters bother you that much, its time for ear plugs or a better insulated camper. This world is full of noise, and the only way to get out of it is in the mtns or desert completely away from all humanity.

PS- Rincon may be one of the noisiest spots ever. between the trains and endless cars, the waves just fill in the momentary silence

Only in September when harvest/processing is going on.

You really have some picky notions of what is available. We spend the winter in Mesa, AZ. East side of the valley gets very little dust (almost non-existent this year). Then there are people around, lots of Q-tips who do run their heating units (furnace, heat pump, etc) when it is cool. It might not seem cool to you, but everyone is different. Do you complain in the summer when people also run their air-conditioners?

Instead of listing what you don't like, why don't you give us a clue as to what you do like? Easier then to suggest some place for you to try.
