Frosty nights in Florida are a learning curve for a Midwestern.
The first winter I spent here the weather man predicted temps in the 30's for the night. Come evening I battened down the MH putting up insulation on all the windows so I didn't get cold. Settled down to watch TV and was sweating it was so warm. :?
Well the difference is up North the minute the sun goes down so does the temps.
In Florida a predicted low of 30's for the night means that around 3 or 4 in the morning the temps go down AND as soon as the sun rises its back up to the 70's! So you have a whole whopping 3 hours of cold temperatures. :R
Ya, I think I can live with that for a snowbird destination.:C
