Premier Resort off I5... No. There is a Kern County Park with full hook ups off the I5/119 exit. It is called Buena Vista Lake and the rates are $25 night. Gate hours are until 8pm this time of year. Easy in and out. You should have the place to yourself this time of year.

Fuel up at the I5/Hwy 58 junction, otherwise, any station around the 119 is a rip off!
