which way to Breckenridge ?
Coming up from New Mexico (12-28-13) on I-25 and with the current traffic jams on I-70 ...... should I take US 50 over to Breckenridge ? ... or just stay on the freeways ?

I would recommend taking I-25 north to Colorado Springs. Head west on HWY 24. Then take HWY 9 up to Breck. You avoid the Denver traffic.
