That can't happen until congress starts paying the bills.
It can and will happen when the National forests are given over to the tree farmers, follow the money, tree farmers have some thing to gain by proper forest management.
Our best kept forests are under growth management by the large paper / lumber companies.
There isn't a Swamp critter in DC that gives one shi- about your camp site.
