Winston-Salem, North Carolina campgrounds?
What is the best and closest commercial campground to Winston-Salem, NC.? I am not interested in a park campground, just commercial campgrounds with full hookups and facilities. Thanks!

We're at Tanglewood County park right now. Full hookups, cable, wi-fi. Park has golf course, pool, river for canoeing, paved bike and hiking trail, horseback riding and much more. Haven't checked out the showers or bathrooms but will do so shortly. Beautiful trees. $31 per night.
