What is the best and closest commercial campground to Winston-Salem, NC.? I am not interested in a park campground, just commercial campgrounds with full hookups and facilities. Thanks!

You may need to use other things like google. Then use rv park reviews as a supplement. If you find an rv parks website, look for their address and the city where they are located and then use that city as reference in rv park reviews. Also on a side note, on rv park reviews, when you go to a city, look over on the top right. There is a box for nearby cities. They even give a distance and general direction away from where you are looking. So, yes you can see what's nearby on rv parks review.
