Winston-Salem, North Carolina campgrounds?
What is the best and closest commercial campground to Winston-Salem, NC.? I am not interested in a park campground, just commercial campgrounds with full hookups and facilities. Thanks!

Sites at Tanglewood are sloped mostly from front to rear. Most are level side to side but some levelling might need to be done on some sites. All sites are paved. You can get in at night. Tanglewood is west of Winston Salem town area. Right off of I-40 just past the town of Clemmons heading west. I have always heard of sites at Dixie Classic grounds, but have never stayed there.
