We've ridden through Tanglewood a couple of times. Even the "level" sites appear to have some slope. There were a couple of sites that we didn't think would be a problem. Other than the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds, your other closest option is Oak Hollow Campground in High Point. It's a city-owned campground right on Oak Hollow Lake that has full hook ups and facilities. Some of the sites in the woods are sloped, but there's a flat graveled section, too. It's about a 15 minute drive up lightly traveled Highway 311 to Winston, so depending on what area in Winston you're visiting it may be just as close as Clemmons. Oak Hollow doesn't reserve sites, but it's usually not a problem except during one week in April and one week in October when the furniture market is going on.
