We just spent a extra long weekend at Tanglewood Park just outside Winston Salem, NC.
The campground was very nice, the rates where great at $31.00 per night. All the sites where paved, and moderately level. My back-in site sloped down toward the back, so I ended up using chocks under the front wheels because the rear levels lifted the rear wheels slightly off the ground (they where still touching the ground, but barely. I noticed some of the sites sloped the opposite direction, so I guess it is just a matter of picking your preference.
The location was quiet, clean, with full hookup and free cable it did get VERY dark at night. There is a off leash dog area about 200 yards from the RV park, a walking trail, and they actually had a farmers market on Saturday.
