Winter in Arizona - Tuscon to Phoenix corridor

We'd like to try a winter in Arizona this year. Can anyone suggest a RV site between Phoenix and Tuscon that is on the upscale end of the spectrum? (I'd rather pay more for more amenities and then do ...

No, I wouldn't expect you to need to drain your water to protect from freezing in that area. We were there last winter and it was never a concern.
