Winter in Arizona - Tuscon to Phoenix corridor

We'd like to try a winter in Arizona this year. Can anyone suggest a RV site between Phoenix and Tuscon that is on the upscale end of the spectrum? (I'd rather pay more for more amenities and then do ...

In answer to "Any particular reason .......", well, no. We've never been to Arizona and that seemed like a reasonable place to start. On a map Yuma seems to be a long way from anywhere.
We're not much on shopping but we love to hike, dance and swim!
