Winter in Arizona - Tuscon to Phoenix corridor

We'd like to try a winter in Arizona this year. Can anyone suggest a RV site between Phoenix and Tuscon that is on the upscale end of the spectrum? (I'd rather pay more for more amenities and then do ...

x3 on Canyon Vistas. This will be our third winter to stay part of the time we are out. It is a quick dash into Mesa on non rush hours to get anything you need just off highway. Had a couple of close calls year before last with the cold. Just left the gray water drain open and ran the tap.

The traffic in Tucson is worse that Phoenix in our opinion. Shopping is not as easy to get to.
