Winter in Arizona - Tuscon to Phoenix corridor

We'd like to try a winter in Arizona this year. Can anyone suggest a RV site between Phoenix and Tuscon that is on the upscale end of the spectrum? (I'd rather pay more for more amenities and then do ...

Cochese Terrace in Benson. 40 miles to Tucson, no crowds, no traffic, very nice park with great people and lots to do.
