Winter in Arizona - Tuscon to Phoenix corridor

We'd like to try a winter in Arizona this year. Can anyone suggest a RV site between Phoenix and Tuscon that is on the upscale end of the spectrum? (I'd rather pay more for more amenities and then do ...

I drive the highway between Tucson & Phoenix every year on my way into Mexico, and it is not that attractive. Pretty dusty and I have yet to find an Rv park i would want to stay in for more than a night.
