Yellowstone Late May to Mid June
I have a friend arriving from Europe around the 22 of May and would like to visit Yellowstone. Is that too early?

We were there in mid May of 2016. South entrance was closed when we got there but opened before we left. The temperatures were high 50's to low 60's during the day. It got into the high 30's at night. It rained one night. No snow and the crowds were very light. Not everything was open but there's enough that you won't be dissipointed.We saw a mother grizzly and 3 cubs on the road between Norris and Canyon.
