I've got a Mac so it should be about the same. Go to Photobuckedt and open up your image. Right click on the image and you will see a menu popup. Click on "Copy Image Address" - then here in RV.net - in the message box menu bar, click on the little postcard looking image and copy your image address in the first line, then 650 in the second size field, leaving the first empty. Then click on the Preview icon here and if your image appears, then post. Hope this helps.
