I live in the Foothills. There is a huge Fry's Market (which is really Kroger)many Dollar stores, dog grooming, nurseries, restaurants, A super WalMart is close.
It averages 1 degree warmer in the Foothills.
The views are breathtaking. The People are friendly.
I'm kinda a grouch, but I try to be nice.
E County 17th is close to the garbage dump and you will be inundated with flies.
