If you are just doing this to charge batteries in the towed-behind, a more elegant solution might be to use the 12V system of the coach to do it.
An alternative is solar.
Having a hot 120V wire between moving vehicles is a risky business. 20 amps at 120V is significant power, enough to start a fire or cause some damage. I wouldn't do it.
