1987 newmar london aire ...old flooring out, new on its way

Question

just finished removing the flooring in the living/kitchen/bath. lots of staples!!!

I have the new flooring arriving today. I went with the vinyl plank "loose lay".. no glue, no click, 5mm thick. here is a sample. planks are 6"x36".

I did the same thing.. pull up the 100 year old TOXIC carpet (lol)and the 200 pounds of staples... had to replace some of the subfloor.. and put down a wooden laminate flooring.. Now it is soo easy to clean and small rugs can be washed or cheaply replaced...

So good luck and take your time and measure twice cut once,,,

I replace the vinyl and the carpet 90% of the FW with wood laminate .
