Not the same. Monaco rollers lift from the top and are adjustable. Newmar rollers are mounted on the bottom of the slide room and are not adjustable. Doug

I have replaced 3 of them on my Kountry Star 07. They were on the two front (large) slide outs.
1. Run the slide out all the way
2. get 2 - 2x4s (mine were 6 to 8 feet long)
3. Lay them on top of the slide against the coach so it will be about 7 inches wide.
4. Run the slide in until the bottom front (inside) of the slide raises up just enough to cause the roller to lift off the floor
5. Push the center pin of the roller in (it can be on the right or left side). Pull the roller out and install the new one from Newmar.

The BRACKETS are what you looked at. Newmar rollers have a spring loaded axle that pushes to one side. You remove from the 2 brackets by pushing the axle clear of one side and pull the roller out. You reinstall by the opposite. Doug

What does a Monaco roller have to do with a Newmar roller system????? TOTALLY different mechanism and design. Doug

Newmar rollers are accessed and replaced as I pointed out. Doug (Newmar Dealer tech since 1994)

I was able to access the rollers through drawers and cabinets, removed, cleaned and wrapped the steel rollers with 3m tape (about 1/4 inch thick).
