This is what I was saying should have more chamfer. The right image is a GHT profile I imported from McMaster-Carr. I created the left image from that profile. Notice I opened up the washer flat with a chamfer. The thingiverse part was 90 deg flat there. My printer air printed a few layers there before it caught up.
With the chamfer. It printed cleaner and the water will flow better.
