'98 Ford F-150 seeking helper springs as in pic

Greetings. New here. Prob going to make some posting mistakes. Have above subject. Can anyone provide a viable source for helper springs as shown on the picture link below should the second address ...

Get a good (not cheap!) WDH first and see how it does. FWIW, if you buy a cheap hitch then you'll be buying again - a lesson I learned the hard way.
