Another solution might be to use a MANUAL POSITION on one of those BLUE SEA HD MARINE BATTERY switches (AMAZON).
These have very high DC rated contacts inside and is sealed to really cut down on arcing of the switch contacts inside.
You can mount to an inside wall where the large battery cable connections are made on the other side of the wall.
No parasitic drains involved with this manual operated type battery switch.
