Adding Second Battery to My Existing Solar System :::

Hi Guys, I am in a truck camper in Arizona and my original house battery is a 100AH AGM but it is old and very poor. I need to add a second battery but remember something about that the bad batt will...

Buy 2 new batteries, 12v AGM, wire in parallel,
Or
But 1 new, and use the old for the core charge

Do not connect an old weak battery to the new one

If the old one was still good? Maybe?
But not a weak bad battery
