Hey Morgan,
Like others have suggested, I feel that you would be better off replacing both at the same time.
But, if it will make you feel any better, tomorrow, I am replacing my four (seven year old) 6 volt golf cart batteries because of one lousy cell in one battery. Bummer, but I would rather have all the capability that I can get rather than drag around weight that not only isn't helping but is also loading the other three batteries down. Life in RV land I guess.
