anyone installed longer gas shock bed supports?

My queen bed has gas shocks so I can access the storage under it. They are 21" supports and I need to bend down to get under the bottom of the bed. Thinking of putting in 36" supports so the bed is l...

I moved the mounts when my wife added a heavy mattress topper to the bed. It lifted it by about a ft.
