In 35 years of RVing, we've never had any problem with city water other than taste. Our simple solution is to drink bottled water. We've only used city water from WA, OR, CA, ID, UT, NV, AZ, CO, WY, MT, ND, SD, MI, MN, WI, IL, IA, AK, BC, Alberta, and Yukon.
