Definitely will look better once all the tongue and groove is up, and ceilings are done. Wont be able to see the random wall framing, though kept it as close to 16" on center as possible for insulation.
One question is, where is a good place to buy the aluminum siding for these? Planning on redoing the exterior next summer, new windows and siding. Also will most likely add another thin layer of foam board insulation on the exterior framing before siding it. Also windows are another question. Would it be a bad idea to use vinyl windows designed for houses? I heard vibration from moving the campers can ruin the double pane seal... I was thinking of a way to basically attach the windows to dampeners before going to the framing, since they would handle the cold much better then camper windows.
I'm also open to any ideas! Kind of just building this as I go, really would love to have it self sufficient as power goes. Is there any low power consumption appliances I should be looking into? Small fridge or microwaves?
I was toying with the idea of installing a solar heater also, this one in particular. Reading up on them, they do work, even home built units. These retail for 1500$, but I've been in contact with the CEO and can pick one up from conventions use, for 500$.

Would love this camper to be efficient, yet super comfortable. I figure once its all done, I will have spent around 5k$ total. Right now I'm up to around 2k$ total spending.
