My concern would be how much moisture got into the flooring & underbelly. Can it be vented enough to completely dry out before covering it with new material, possibly starting the rot on your new work. Anyway, just a thought. The original subfloors were all in great shape, minus the 3-4' area that I cut out, reinsulated and redid the floor joists. I'd imagine the subfloors would have been rotten by now if there was a lot of moisture in there, but they were dry and in great shape. I'm sure this campers been sitting for 10+ years without any activity.
All I can do is hope I suppose! Worst comes to worst, I can fix areas that need attention, will be much easier then reconditioning a full 36' camper, all at once.
