That is going to be one very heavy trailer with everything you are adding. Keep in mind that you are limited by the GVWR. If your modifications add too much weight, you will have zero cargo capacity.
If you will be camping in temperature extremes, you need to replace those outdated leaky windows. They weren't any good when it was new.
