I packed all those roof seeks where the wall meets, with osi white caulk and then a few layers of roof coating after. We had some decent storms and didn't have any leaks.
The windows are horrible for winter use, just can't afford new windows this fall, so I would just shrink wrap inside and out, if I heat it this winter.
I planned on rerouting my vents, need to figure out how to drop the black water tank first.
With the additional weight, I planned on finding some beefier axles if need be, guess we will see what it weighs when it's all set and done.
