Bought a 36' 5th wheel for 400$, pretty big DIY project

If I use it during the winter, it will be hooked up to external water. I do have the water tank, and if weight allows me to, can always reinstall it in a different location. Or even drop down to a smaller tank, for drinking water. Honestly I dont know how much actual "Camping" I'll be doing in this, anywhere I go most likely will have water hookups. Home away from home I guess? Almost like a small 300 sq ft apartment on wheels.
