Cold weather skirting info/photo's

Looks like a viable option,
but there is only one problem with the over head cover,
I can't use my solar install that way. :E
Unless I made the overhead cover out of solar PV panels?? ;)
And a second problem around here is,the MICRO Burst winds we get,
that cover would last less than week before it would be blown into your part of the world etc.
We don't have ANY of the tall green stuff around, only 4' high sage brush at best. :B
